Did you know that at BVMS we had a group of 8th grade students who took part in a before school program called Beyond the Equation. This program consisted of San Pasqual High School students working weekly with our students and helping them prepare for an exam that would exempt them from taking Math One as Freshman next year. #Empowered Learners

Hats off the Mrs. Boaz and the Yearbook Staff for creating an amazing Yearbook this year for BVMS. We had 200 plus students join our yearbook signing party today. There are still around 17 yearbooks left for sale. Please see Mrs. Boaz for more information.
BVMS 8th Grade Harbor Cruise is Tomorrow Friday May 29th. Students need to be back on campus by 4:15 and students will return to BVMS around 9:45!!!
8th Grade Showcase is tomorrow Friday May 29th. The showcase runs from 11:15-11:59 and is then followed by lunch with your 8th grade student at 12:00. We hope to see our 8th grade families at this event!!!
Thank you to all of our new incoming 6th grade parents for attending our parent night tonight. We look forward to working with you and your students next year. Also thank you to the over 19 staff members that helped pull off the best incoming 6th grade parent night we have ever had. It is a great feeling to share all of the amazing things we are doing at Bear Valley!!!
Tomorrow night is the night- Wednesday May 27th from 5-6 PM we will be holding an information night for our incoming 6th grade parents. This is a parent only event and will be held in the BVMS MPR. See you tomorrow night!!
Today our 7th grade students exhibited student voice, demonstrated ownership, and shared their accomplishments by sharing evidence of the six EUSD Learner Profiles in the work they have done this year in their classes and through their individual portfolios.
