Part of BVMS's redesign journey is creating more leadership opportunities for our students and increasing student voice. Today these leaders got to do both by explaining Middle School life to incoming 5th graders!!!
Today BVMS invited the 5th graders from LR Green onto campus for a visit!!! Looking forward to the Bernardo visit tomorrow!!!

BVMS PTA Family Night Out- This Thursday 3/19 at all three El Pollo Loco locations in Escondido from 10AM-10PM. Please be sure to mention the BVMS PTA and a portion of tte proceeds come back to our PTA!!!
Congratulations to the BVMS Esports program for holding and hosting the first annual North County San Diego Middle School Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Tournament. Yesterday at Bear Valley they competed against Hidden Valley Middle School and Pacific Trails Middle School. Well done Mr. Drew, Mr. Bolin, Tyler, and team!!
Congratulations to the BVMS Dance Team as they took home a National Title in Anaheim Yesterday. They placed 1st in Lyrical, 2nd in Jazz, 2nd in Pom, and 3rd in Hip Hop. Well done Ms. Snew and the team!!!

Yesterday the BVMS Redesign Team had an opportunity to spend the day reflecting on this year and planning for next!!! We realized we have accomplished a lot this year and now have a solid plan for the year to come.
Congratulations to our BVMS students that earned a 3.0 or higher GPA for trimester two. Today they got to participate in our Foam Party today.
The BVMS PTA does a ton for our school from student rewards, to teacher supplies, to funding special events. Please help support by having your student take part in our Chocolate Fundraiser. Permission slips are going home with students today and can be turned in for prizes tomorrow during lunches.
The BVMS WEB students are excited to invited our in coming 6th graders to campus from Juniper, LR Green, and Bernardo later this month for a campus visit. Today they had a planning session to discuss the schedule and activities.
Did you know that at BVMS we now have a monthly newsletter developed by our Yearbook students titled the BVMS Buzz. This monthly newsletter will Inform, Celebrate, and give students a Voice!!! This will also be shared with families in our weekly communication.
